Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days (Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, show no signs of manipulation, and be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Downloadable software products (e.g., eBooks)

• Gift vouchers

• Jewellery

• Online consulting services

• Custom-designed or personalized products

• Tailor-made products

• Products shipped from outside the EU

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. We will handle the return process for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. First, check your bank account again.

2. Then, contact your bank. There may be some processing delays before your refund is posted.

3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@skydiveatmosfera.shop.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at shop@skydiveatmosfera.shop, and we will provide you with further instructions.

Before shipping your return, it is advisable to contact us at shop@skydiveatmosfera.shop to confirm the return address and receive any necessary details for the courier service. This will help ensure a smooth return process.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
