W Polsce (i nie tylko, ale tam zawsze bardziej) student poczeka, aż instruktor dwojga uprawnień, najpierw obsłuży pasażerów tandemowych. Dopiero potem, jak mu starczy czasu i pogody, zajmie się swoim uczniem. Podsumowanie: Student / Uczeń / Młody – mają w Polsce bardzo kiepską sytuację. Oczywiście nasuwa się zaraz myśl, że chcę w sposób nieetyczny sposób reklamować swoje usługi świadczone w słonecznej Hiszpanii. No oczywiście, że chcę to zrobić, ale się powstrzymam i będę dalej pisał, o co mi chodzi. Student ma źle nie tylko z wyżej wymienionych niektórych powodów. Otóż ma źle, bo nie ma zielonego pojęcia, czego ma w zasadzie wymagać. Gdy ktoś zaczyna skoki, nawet nie wie jakiej wiedzy, jakich ćwiczeń, jakiej obsługi klienta ma oczekiwać. Wiadomo, że nie będzie to usłużna postawa gnębionych pracowników wielkich przedsiębiorstw handlowych. Wiadomo też, że nie ma co liczyć na nakierowaną uwagę o charakterze niezwykle indywidualnym jak na ten przykład u manikiurzystki. Jednak wiadomo jest również, że nic nie wiadomo. W świecie certyfikatów, audytów, papierów w tekturowych lub plastikowych teczkach. W świecie zunifikowanych procedur dupokrywczych, wszystko może wyglądać ok z punktu widzenia inspektora kontrolującego dany ośrodek szkolenia. Tymczasem studentów wszyscy mogą mieć głęboko w kadrowej dupie, papiery wypełnione, podpisane, pieczątki przyłożone. A więc szybko, szybko do samolotu. Nadmienię, że nie wierzę w to, iż instruktorzy zachowują się tak w sposób wyrachowany, że specjalnie traktują studentów po macoszemu. Uważam, że robią to, bo nikt nie wymaga od nich nic więcej.  Nie będą przecież wystawiać nosa przed szereg, bo ktoś go im utrze. Tak więc się utarło, że studentem zajmuje się na ostatnią chwilę, kiedy się właśnie skończyła kolejka pasażerów tandemowych. Proponowane działanie naprawcze Opracowałem niewielki skrypt dla kandydatów, w którym będzie opisane, czego może wymagać, czego może oczekiwać, co jest jego odpowiedzialnością, co jest wzajemnym poszanowaniem procesu przekazywania wiedzy i nabywania umiejętności. Czyli krótko mówiąc informator “Co trzeba wiedzieć zanim wyskoczy się z samolotu?” Nie mam zamiaru opisywać żadnych konkretnych stref zrzutu. Ani umniejszać zasług instruktorów ani ich gloryfikować. Jeśli ktoś się obrazi, to nie będzie to dla mnie nowa sytuacja. Po latach spędzonych w Polsce jest bardzo mocno odporny. A nawet jak już ktoś mnie zagotuje (i nie będę mógł go zablokować jak na FB) to sobie odejdę od komputera i wyjdę na słoneczko, naładuję baterie i spokojnie wrócę ;D. Przewidywane skutki O ile informacja dotrze do adresata, to system zacznie się uzdrawiać. Instruktorzy pomimo swoich egocentrycznych wizji pełnią funkcję usługową. Służą pomocą osobom zainteresowanym szkoleniem. W taki, lub inny sposób, są za to wynagradzani. Jeśli uczeń będzie wiedział, co jest jego obowiązkiem – to instruktorowi będzie prościej go szkolić, Jeśli uczeń będzie wiedział, czego oczekiwać od instruktora – to szkoleniowiec zacznie robić swoją dobrą robotę. A jeśli nie będzie jej robił, to uczeń będzie wiedział, że jest ignorowany. Niezależnie jednak od szczęścia towarzyszącego każdemu z nas w innym stopniu pozostaje coś, co nazwiemy profesjonalizmem. Jeśli coś robić, to robić dobrze. Jeśli skakać – to świadomie.
