If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, show no signs of manipulation, and be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Downloadable software products (e.g., eBooks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Gift vouchers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Jewellery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Online consulting services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Custom-designed or personalized products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Tailor-made products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Products shipped from outside the EU<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do <strong>not<\/strong> send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. We will handle the return process for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
